Shipping

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post or Fastway Couriers where applicable.

We process orders from Tuesday to Saturday excluding public holidays. 

Delivery charges are additional to the price of goods.

Coffee orders will be shipped via your choice of Regular post (Australia post or Fastway Couriers, 3-5 days) or Express post (next day delivery, if you live inside the Australia Post Express post network). 

Orders of replacement rubber seals and filter plates can be shipped by envelope which is unregistered, non traceable and subject to Australia Post's terms and conditions. 
Coffea Coffee will not be liable for any products shipped this way, that may be lost in transit. 

 

Click and collect

Local Melbourne pick up is available using the click and collect option. Items will be packaged and can be collected at 521 Elizabeth St, Melbourne, Tuesday to Sunday. 

International delivery

International delivery is via standard Airmail (3-10 days for metropolitan areas of some major cities). 

Orders for replacement seals can be shipped by unregistered envelope, non traceable. 
Coffea Coffee will not be liable for any products shipped this way, that may be lost in transit.

Refunds and returns

At Coffea Coffee, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality products.

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Coffea will refund or replace (at our discretion):

  • any product received that is not the product ordered
  • any product that has been damaged in transit
  • any product that proves faulty within 14 days of being received

Please note that equipment and accessories are covered by statutory manufacturers’ warranties.

Should it be necessary to return a product to us, please pack it safely in the original packaging.  We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.
