Shipping

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post. 

We process orders from Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday excluding public holidays. 

Delivery charges are additional to the price of goods.

Coffee orders will be shipped via your choice of Regular post (Australia post 3-5 days) or Express post (next day delivery, if you live inside the Australia Post Express post network).

Western Australia Christmas Shipping

Parcel Post items sent to Western Australia from the east coast of Australia may take up to an additional two weeks to be delivered and an emergency surcharge from Australia Post applies. 

Click and collect

Local Melbourne pick up is available using the pick up tab during checkout. Items will be packaged and can be collected at 521 Elizabeth St, Melbourne, Tuesday to Sunday. 

International delivery

International delivery is via International Post (3-10 days for metropolitan areas of some major cities). Shipping will calculate at checkout.

Refunds and returns

At Coffea Coffee, we pride ourselves on providing the highest quality products.

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Coffea will refund or replace (at our discretion):

  • any product received that is not the product ordered
  • any product that has been damaged in transit
  • any product that proves faulty within 14 days of being received

Please note that equipment and accessories are covered by statutory manufacturers’ warranties.

Should it be necessary to return a product to us, please pack it safely in the original packaging.  We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.
