Tasting the Colombia Peaberry

Wow... the different process which you make your coffee can give you more sweetness, more acidity or less... it will vary a lot!
We have been trying this Colombian Peaberry medium roasted, which made in the Hario V60 pour-over tasted, full body and sweeter but in espresso tasted like.. wow.. that was crazy, tasted a strong acidity reminiscing of lime.
