All orders will be shipped via Australia Post.
We process orders from Tuesday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Delivery charges are additional to the price of goods.
Coffee orders under 3kg will be shipped via your choice of Parcel post (3-5 days) or Express post satchel (next day delivery, if you live inside the Express post network)

Orders of replacement rubber seals and filter plates can be shipped by padded envelope. This method is unregistered, non trackable and subject to Australia Post's terms and conditions. Coffea Coffee will not be liable for any products shipped this way, that may be lost in transit.
For orders over 3kg, shipping will be at Australia Post’s published rates. For packing purposes some orders over 3kg will need to be confirmed via email before check-out.
Where possible we will package goods in the most cost effective manner and we will refund any excess postage paid.
International delivery is via standard Airmail (3-10 days for metropolitan areas of some major cities).

Should it be necessary to return a product to us, please pack it safely in the original packaging. We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping.
